1What I built with Grok
No developer. No software vendor. Just me and Grok, building the setup my whole farm runs on:
- A crew app on everyone's phone
- GrainGrok keeps grain tickets and contracts
- ShopGrok runs shop maintenance and parts
- TileGrok keeps drainage tile records
- SprayGrok handles spray and input records
- The Big Kahuna runs the crew app and answers the crew
When the farm changes, it changes the same day.
It pulls my real data from the places I already do business, like John Deere Operations Center, ADM and the other elevators, and puts it to work. Each bot masters its own lane, and together they work like a team.
It’s also the best middle-management tool I’ve had. The bots do the work in the background, so my crew doesn’t have to remember complicated instructions. It’s all in the app.
“It keeps me free to do the job I really love: farming.”
I looked at the other big AI tools. Some could get close if you pieced them together, but Grok is the one I’ve actually seen do all of it: a team of bots, each with its own job and memory, talking to each other, running my farm’s app every day while I’m out in the field.
2Why it matters
Ag is slow to adopt. Family-farm money sits with farmers in their 60s, 70s and 80s, and they've been burned by rigid ag software that's great until it isn't.
They don't buy from ads. They buy what they see working on a neighbor's farm. A real family farm is how you win them.
The rest of ag is wide open. Go after it.
Use this farm as your example. I'm ready to show you what it does.
